    NHVPS Merchandise Exchange Policy

    At NHVPS, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent exchange experience for all customers. Please review the guidelines below before initiating an exchange.

    General Exchange Conditions

    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
    • All original tags and labels must remain intact.
    • The merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • Items must not be dirty, damaged, or altered in any form.

    For Parents / Alumni / Others

    • Customers must courier the product to the NHVPS address provided.
    • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
    • Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.

    For Students

    • Students may bring the product directly to their respective NHVPS campus for an exchange.
    • The exchange will be processed at the school level after verification.
