NHVPS Merchandise Exchange Policy

At NHVPS, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent exchange experience for all customers. Please review the guidelines below before initiating an exchange.

General Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
All original tags and labels must remain intact.
The merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Items must not be dirty, damaged, or altered in any form.

For Parents / Alumni / Others

Customers must courier the product to the NHVPS address provided.
Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.

For Students

Students may bring the product directly to their respective NHVPS campus for an exchange.
The exchange will be processed at the school level after verification.
