NHVPS MERCHANDISE – EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read carefully before placing an order.
NHVPS merchandise is produced in limited batches and customised for our school
community. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1. Exchange-Only Policy
- No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
- Exchanges are permitted only for size or manufacturing defects, subject to eligibility.
2. Exchange Window
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
Items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be returned in original packaging with tags intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customised or special-edition merchandise
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
- Clearance or discounted items
- Accessories and personal-use items (if applicable)
5. Exchange Process
- Email us at
enquiry@nhvps.com with:- Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Clear images (for defects)
- Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared.
- Replacement will be dispatched after quality verification.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
- NHVPS is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
7. Availability Clause
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, no refund or credit note will be issued.

At NHVPS, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent exchange experience for all customers. Please review the guidelines below before initiating an exchange.
General Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- All original tags and labels must remain intact.
- The merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items must not be dirty, damaged, or altered in any form.
For Parents / Alumni / Others
- Customers must courier the product to the NHVPS address provided.
- Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.
For Students
- Students may bring the product directly to their respective NHVPS campus for an exchange.
- The exchange will be processed at the school level after verification.
